Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns of items that are unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.

Return requests must be submitted on the same day of delivery.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Damages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to obtain a different item, please follow the return process (if eligible) and place a new order.

European Union – 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days as long as the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional time to post the refund.
